How Many Players Can Participate in Huone Escape Room Games at the Same Time?
Currently, our two escape rooms can accommodate a maximum of about 16 players simultaneously. Players are divided into two groups, with 2–8 players in each game. The games are located in the same building and always start at the same time. In addition to simultaneous games, you can also book several consecutive games, depending on availability.
How Do I Make a Reservation for a Group?
You can make a reservation yourself using our booking calendar, where you can see all available game times.
If your preferred time is not available, please contact us using the contact form below or by email at info@huoneescapes.fi. Whenever possible, we are happy to arrange games also outside of the regular booking calendar. When booking by email, please tell us your group size and the desired date and time. We will send you an offer and a proposed schedule.
Please note that your reservation is only confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation by email. Reservations are binding, but you can still make changes to your booking according to our booking terms.
In What Language Can We Play?
All our escape games can be played in both Finnish and English.
How Much Time Should We Reserve?
You should reserve about 1.5 hours for one game. Our escape games last up to one hour, unless your group completes the game faster. Before the game, the game master will explain the rules, and after the game, there is an opportunity for photos in the escape room.
How Do We Pay – Can I Pay by Invoice?
Games are paid on-site by debit or credit card. Business customers can also pay by invoice if they wish. E-invoicing is also possible. We charge a 10-euro invoicing fee.
The price of the games depends on the number of players. You can find more information about payment and prices in our price list.
What If the Number of Players Changes?
We understand that the number of players may still be a bit uncertain when making a reservation. It’s not a problem if the number changes, as long as everyone still fits into the reserved games and no entire game has to be canceled, since we only invoice for the actual number of participants after the games. For this reason, it’s important to inform us of the final number of players at the latest on the day of the game. Otherwise, we will invoice according to the number of players stated in the reservation.
If an entire game is canceled because there are fewer players than expected, the cancellation must be made in time, 24 hours to 14 days before the games, depending on the number of games you have booked. You can find more detailed information in our booking terms.When can we enter?
We open the doors 10 minutes before the game starts so you will have enough time to get ready for playing.
Is there a place to store outerwear and laptops?
We have a lockers for your belongings.
Where can we park?
There are two parking spaces reserved for Huone customers right in front of our entrance. There are also several paid parking areas in Tapiola center.
How long does it take to walk from Tapiola metro station?
It takes about five minutes. Since we are next to the Espoo Theatre, the easiest way is to follow the signs to Espoo Theatre.
Is playing safe – can you exit the room during the game?
Some escape room spaces are not actually locked, and for those that are, you can exit by pressing a button next to the door. Emergency exits and routes are clearly marked. If necessary, you can leave the room during the game, but leaving does not stop the game clock.
